Nurse Aide Applications NOW OPEN through April 1

Nurse Aide pathway applications are officially open! Please read this e-mail in ParentSquare to see the PDF application. 

This pathway is for rising seniors only, and students must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• minimum unweighted 2.8 GPA
• attend one mandatory information session at NCRC Campus on March 18 or 19th at 6:00pm
• add the Nurse Aide Pathway (CCP Code 45840PB) online
  
  • NEW to CCP: Complete the CCP application via CFNC.org that lists the Career and Technical Education Nurse Aide Certificate 
    OR
  • CONTINUING CCP: Submit a change of pathway request with your School Counselor to add the Nurse Aide Certificate Pathway
• complete and submit the attached Nurse Aide application packet to the School Counselor that includes:
  • 6-8 Sentence Short Answer Response
  • Student Signatures
  • High School Counselor Reference Form
